Dreams offer us the possibility of deep healing, growth and re-connection...
I believe connecting to Soul is the ultimate goal of psychotherapy, and dreamwork one of the surest routes. I have learned this first hand from my own healing journey, as well as from my work with people of diverse ages and backgrounds over 15 years of psychotherapy practice.
Like the words Love and Beauty, Soul is essential to our vitality, even though we can't pin it down to a simple definition. The world of Soul is the world of sensation, feeling, connection, creativity and Divinity.
While focused on dreamwork, I integrate embodiment practices and expressive arts where they are helpful. I have an office in Wilmette Illinois and also work nationally and internationally via teleconference as a dream guide, guiding dreamers through the landscape of their dreams. This work ( via teleconference) is dear to my heart, and very powerful, but is not psychotherapy (nor a substitute for psychotherapy).
If you are a healing arts professional with an existing practice, interested in including dreamwork into your practice, I encourage you to contact me to learn more about Natural Dreamwork, and how it might be integrated into your work.

Working with Dreams in the Healing Arts
8 Wednesdays, January 26- March 16th, 9:30-11:30am Central Standard Time on Zoom
Working with dreams both enlivens the therapy experience and facilitates deep healing. This program is geared to Healing Arts Practitioners of diverse backgrounds who wish to incorporate more dreamwork into an existing therapy practice. Through dream examples, discussion and experiential exercises, participants will develop a deeper appreciation of the Natural Dreamwork approach to dreams, and develop greater confidence and skill working with dream material. This class will integrate Keren’s experiences of Natural Dreamwork and BodySoul Rhythms ®, as well as some teachings from Zero Balancing ® and BodyDreaming. Class participants are strongly encouraged to keep a dream journal prior to and during the program, and must also be prepared to use their own dream material for class exercises.
