Like the words Love and Beauty, Soul is essential to our vitality, even though we can't pin it down to a simple definition. The world of Soul is the world of sensation, feeling, connection, creativity and Divinity.
Dreams have the power to connect us to the world of Soul: especially as we take the time to experience them deeply, in our bodies, hearts and imagination. Because the experience of the body is such an important part of our connection to Soul, I have found it essential to integrate embodiment practices and simple expressive arts into my work with dreams.
